We are located in Alban, Ontario, Canada
on the Beautiful and Historic French River

Are you on the water?
YES! We have over 200 feet of French River waterfront.
Large dock for fishing, swimming, lounging and parking your boat/sea doo.
Is the Softub available year round?
Yes, we have the Softub Operational all 4 seasons
Do you have a canoe or kayak?
Yes, we provide

Are there hiking trails close by?
Yes, we have a variety of hiking trails within a short drive.
A must do is the Crack in Killarney (1 hrs drive, but everything is a 1 hr drive to Killarney :)

Are you close to OFSC trails?
Yes, we are a short ride (via snow covered road) to some of the best OFSC in Northeastern Ontario including the longest snowmobile bridge in the world.
We also have ample parking for a trailer or 2.
Can we rent a boat?
Yes, there is a local company that rents boats per day and per week.

What is there do in the area?
Alban is a small town but it does offer a variety of activities such as Golf, ATV rentals, Fish Guides, Splash Pad, etc.

Check-in is 4:00pm
Check-out is 11:00am
How many do you sleep?
We can accommodate 6 guests

Do you provide linens?
Yes, we provide clean white bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels, hottub towels and face towels
Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we allow up to two pets (2yrs +)
**pet fee and Signed Pet Agreement apply
Do you have a drip coffee or pods?
Can you swim off the dock?
Yes, we have the best swimming in the bay. Although we have around 7 feet at the end of the dock.
We do have a shallow entry area, but we keep it natural so water-shoes are recommended.
Are you Accessible?
Yes, (wheelchair friendly) we have designed the cabin with wheelchair and limited mobility travellers in mind. The main floor including the bathroom/shower are barrier free with extra wide doorways with little or no transitions.

Is there places to eat or buy groceries?
Yes, there are a few local restaurants, a chip stand and the most delicious authentic taco take out.
Our convenience store offers a good variety of grocery items including meat and full small town grocery store is a 15 minute drive, in Noelville.
